Soccer Leagues at RSG are the perfect place for both veteran and new players. Test your touch and endurance in the fast-paced game of indoor soccer. With an affordable rate and leagues running 5 days a week, there's an option for everyone to get involved. Lace up your boots, gather your squad, and take to the pitch at the Rochester Sports Garden!

Free Agents

No team? No problem. We offer free agent opportunities at the recreational level for the following days:
Sunday Coed - Gardenslugs
Monday Women's - Gardenets
Thursday Men's - Gardenrats
Registration is $78 and includes 8 league games, referee fees, & a team t-shirt.

League Levels

B - Highest Level of competition, college &/or current high-level adult experience strongly recommended.
C3 - High-level, for lifelong and competitive players, college experience recommended.
C2 - Mid-level, some previous experience (former High School & club) recommended.
C1 - Recreational level, great for first-time players or those looking to shake the rust off.

Key League Details

8 Week Leagues … Fall, Winter One & Two – $700.00 (Spring and Summer – $660.00)(ask about our Fall/Winter discounts)
6 Week Leagues … noted by a *- $550.00
Referee fees are separate - $20.00 per game.
Forfeits carry a $40.00 fine for the forfeiting team.
All leagues play 5 plus a keeper with up to 18 players on a roster.
All players must be 18yrs or older in the adult leagues.
Games are 2 – 25 min halves.
Leagues with 10 or more teams will have the top 6 make playoffs. Leagues with less than 10 teams will have the top 4 make playoffs.

The Procedure

Register and pay the $110.00 nonrefundable deposit online. If you are paying by check or cash, please come into RSG for this. REGISTER HERE

Rosters are created online within the manager’s account. A player is not considered rostered until they have registered with an RSG account, paid the $5 annual registration fee, signed the waiver, and joined your team. Games with illegal players will be forfeited, all forfeits carry a $40 fine for the forfeiting team.

If any of your players are new to the Sports Garden they will need to stop at the front desk before their first game and have their photos taken.

There may be roster changes as long as your team has 3 games remaining on the schedule, but all players MUST be on the Team Roster, including subs before they can play.

First week game times will be posted on our website & in your RSG ACCOUNT five days before the start of the league. Full schedule will be posted prior to the start of week 2. We ask that each player looks up game times on our website. SCHEDULE HERE

$250.00 must be paid before the 2nd game starts and the total balance before the 3rd game.

Referees must be paid before the start of each game.

If a player gets a red card it is up to the team manager or player to get in touch with us before the next game. Failure to do so will result in additional suspended games. Suspension length is on a case-by-case basis with the potential for a $50 fine.

All leagues are eight or six weeks long with one additional week for tournament-style playoffs. Coed C rec. leagues will not have playoffs.

To be eligible to play in the playoff’s a player must have played 3 games in the current league (2 games for 6-week leagues) and be on the team roster.

Laws of the Game are available at the front desk or at the link HERE. Ignorance of a rule will be no excuse of its enforcement.

RSG reserves the right to screen all entries, to close levels due to demand, and cancel a level if necessary. RSG may relegate or promote teams to higher or lower levels as needed. All days and times are subject to change due to team demand, and field availability.
